Hi Adam, I am wishing you well on your surgery today and thinking of you. This would have been my son's 23rd birthday today, he died in 1996. I always try to do something nice for others on his day and I can't help but think that he will be watching out for you as you have surgery and all of here at AMOS are sending our love. Hi Adam, I'd say don't me nervous but what's the point? I was nervous. I think the week before surgery was harder than the week after just because of my nerves. My nervousness was for nothing, everything went fine. My recovery was uneventful and I was back to work in three weeks (desk job). I'm a bit over 7 months out and down 103 lbs from 287. It was a good decision for me. Keep it positive this week. Here's hoping all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. Best wishes,
