Mar 18, 2009I am proud to say that I'm FINALLY committed to an exercise routine. For the past 4 weeks or so, I've been walking for 30 mins everyday during the week. TODAY, I began 30 min walks TWICE a day! I will keep this up for as long as it takes. I'm convinced that If I will just work a little harder, that this weight will come off even quicker. I'm not counting every single calorie I take in but I'm watching them a lot closer and sticking to somewhere close to 500 - 600 calories at most per day. I have a goal that I am now working towards. Don't know if I will reach it, but I will attempt it! I would like to fit into a size 14 for my birthday next month. SO.... I've got about a month to get from a size 16 into a 14!
I'm drinking a lot more water than I was and really doing great with my food choices. I am on a roll! More motivated than ever!
