Can this be possible?
Mar 20, 2009Yesterday was my 2nd day to walk for 30 mins. TWICE for a total of 60 mins in my day. PLUS I swept the floors, cleaned bathrooms, mopped, MOWED THE LAWN!, pulled and bagged TONS and TONS of weeds from all of our many flower beds...., swept up/raked up leaves on our back patio, etc., etc. .... I just never stopped. And I ate under 400 calories yesterday, It was such a strange day...not being hungry and having sooooo much darn energy......
Today when I woke up, I had my husband weigh me to make sure I was seeing the scale correctly. It says I have lost
3 lbs. since YESTERDAY!???????? Holy Crap! If this is what happens when I step up my exercise/activeness....shooots! I'm gonna keep this up! WOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOooo!!! Somebody hold my mule while I shout!
Goin to put on my runnin shoes now!
