Allison, I was born in Centralia IL and as I was looking for a frind with the last name Mann I saw you are from there. That amazed me because it is such a small town and I wondered were you had your surgery. Now i have many questions to ask. About Centralia and your recovery.

Allison, My thoughts and prayers are with you during this challenging time in your life. May the strength, courage, love and peace of God be with you and your family during this time. Please keep the faith and trust that everything will be alright. You've done a remarkable job with your weight loss and it is understandable that during this stressful situation you may tend to return to old patterns of behavior. Don't beat yourself up. You have a lot to be proud of and thankful for. Abundant blessings,

Hi Allison! I like Real Meals. I forgot to look if you are a newbie post op, I thought it was terrible at first. But now it is palatable. I like it because if I don't have time to eat. I don't have to feel guilty about skipping meals (as I want to now that I am not hungry all the time) You may have noticed the REAL MEALS controversy. I don't know why everyone gets so up in arms about it. Anyway, I mix the chocolate with 1/2 a banana and 2 tbs of vanilla yogurt with some ice and milk and I can get the whole glass down. They also have vanilla that you can mix with OJ or fuit and it is a little like a smoothy. Bye for now. GOOD LUCK!
