I am 3 weeks post surgery and have noticed that I have intestinal pain at times. My surgeon said that the pain is being caused by spasms. I'm assuming the spasms are being caused by the change in diet from liquids to soft foods. O was just wondering if

Ok so I had my surgery on 4/16/15 and I've only lost 8 pounds. I weighed Wednesday and had lost 8 pounds and I weighed today and I haven't lost anymore. I'm just getting a little frustrated with it. Is this normal?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the group and just had surgery 4/16/15. I just have some questions. How much weight do people usually lose weekly? I weighed yesterday for the first time since surgery and I've lost 8 pounds. Does that seem like a good average?
