protein and a mini wow

ive had a losing battle w/ my protein shakes the past 2 days...

i gag or vom after the first sip, dry heaving .. it worked a few times when i mixed it with crystal light lemonade (plus the syntrax nectar iced tea) and also the sf hawaiian punch...

now its like noooooo AM so cant have the protein powder she once fell in love w/,


so now in conclusion this is the 3rd powder i am absoutely done w/ and will be heading to vitamin shoppe tomorrow to try and pick up some unflavored protein to add into anything.

my bf just went to pick up a drink at the convienance store and i asked him to pick up a muscle milk already made thing and yeah i just drank about half of that and i think if i take one more sip its gonesville for me.. yuckk. but atleast i got 17 grams of protein out of it. its better then nothing! 

once i get paid on friday i am going to order syntrax green apple online. it was so yummy when i had the sample pack. i couldnt even taste the isolate stuff. ickkkk. the only thing i dont like about syntrax is that a few hours after my protein drink i get this fake sugary taste that lingers.

so this whole situation gets me so mad, cause i was doing so good up to almost 90 grams of protein a day! and i hope this doesnt effect my weight loss this week, i did really well.  something around 7 pounds =)

so my mini-wow moment of the day--

a while ago i had to stop shopping in actual old navy stores and had to start buying stuff online in their plus section cause they didnt sell it in the stores anymore. so today my bf was shopping at barnes and noble and he takes forever so i went into ON and decided to try on some of the 2x's. and as we all know normal peoples 2x's arent plus size 2xs. and i actually walked out of their with 2 cute tanks in their 2x (and they are a little baggy too!!) 

i hesitated buying the shirts because i know in a few months i may need newer SMALLER ones but what the h*ll!

i LOVE clearance shopping! and if they werent on clearance i wouldnt of bought them :) we all need to treat ourselves every so often!
