whew..... Excercise Leslie Sanson's walk at home(walk this way)

So as of Monday May 13th I have started my 28 day Journey to lose 20 lbs. I have my 4th visit with the Dr. and I need to lose as much as I possibly can ... I have been dragging my feet on losing this 5%.... I am proud to say that since Monday I have been using myfitnesspal.com and I have been recording everything I eat. I am also proud to say that I also started exercising using the Leslie Sansone's Walk at home (Walk This Way) DVD. It's a Beginner's 2 mile walk at a brisk pace averaging 4 mph. SO LOL just that one mile be kicking my AZZ I really have to push myself  but I do it and I thought I would be able to do the whole 30 minutes which is two miles but I can push myself to 1 mile for right now!!! SO my short term goal is to do that 2 miles....I'm just happy I am getting some type of exercise because before monday I was getting NONE.
