I lost 18.4 lbs in 1 month

I reached my 5% body weight goal!!!! Today was my 4 th Dr. visit and I have completed everything even lost 5% of my body weight. I should be receiving a phone call soon with a appointment time to meet my surgeon.  I'm so happy!!! Once that's over all I have left to do is is get pre approved by my insurance and then my surgery date!!!! EXCITED.
