I am not sure that many still check my site but I just wanted to check in. Unfortunately I haven't lost anymore weight. I have been stuck at the same thing for months. I go back and forth between 220-230. It sucks! I hate that it stopped falling off but I know that I need to start exercising more and I could probably get down to my goal.

I am proud of how far I have come but I still have so much more I want to do. I would like to lose somewhere between 30-50 more. I seemed to have stop losing and kind of stuck around the same few pouds for awhile.
However I haven't been exercising and that is something I really want to get back into doing. Especially with it being the summer. I am hoping that will help me to reach my goal.
Sometimes I feel like my pouch has stretched because sometimes I eat more than I think I should have been able too but other times 2 bites of something and I feel completely full. So I am glad to know it is till working.
Thanks to all my family and friends who have supported me on this journey! I love you!

Sorry for all of you that check my site (especially you Pilar) that I haven't written in so long or posted any pictures.
I have just been so very busy with everything. The new job, school, and planning this wedding. 25 days until the big day! I am really excited! A friend of mine is doing the flowers and I got a picture of my bouquet yesterday and just loved it so much! It was beautiful!
I am still losing weight but it seems to be slower and slower. Part of that is my fault because I have not been exercising or taking my protein like I should. We had to cancel our membership at the Y and weather has been too cold and nasty for me to do anything outside. However as things began to clear up outside I plan on taking my little one and going walking. However I am still losing so I am okay with that for now. I just want to make sure I start exercising again.
This weekend I am finally going to get to take my classes to get certified to be a support group leader for our support group. I have been trying to do this for months but it has been with school and the family.
I know I was posting my pictures around the first of every month and I think the last before and after ones I posted were beginning to November 1st. I didn't do a before and after for Dec. or Jan. So I plan to get back on that path of doing that on Feb. 1. So for those of you that keep checking up on me I am sorry I have don't anything in awhile but keep checking back because I will have new pics posted soon!
