Finally below 350... super happy. Now to get my ass moving. I am going to make a plan for 5 days a week for at least 30 mins of exercise. That has been a struggle for me. I have gone for a few walks and did a Richard Simmons workout tape with my sister and it is so much easier than it was just 2-3 months ago. So in a total of almost 10 months since my pre op diet I am down a total of just about 84 pounds. Super excited to continue to find out what my body looks like thinner.
