Slow month but still losing..

Sep 17, 2012

I finally hit my 90 pounds total lost.. Actually yesterday morning I weighed in at 341.2 which is 92.3 pounds lost, 42.3 down in 11 weeks since surgery. My only problem with myself is that I am not moving.. I need to exercise.. I have been busy but that is never an excuse. I need to continue to lose and hope that I can get my ass motivated. Goal now is 299 by Dec. 31st.. that is about 41 pounds in the next 3 months.. it is reachable if only I get moving.

I have been offered a position as a scheduling manager at Park Dental so I will be starting my new job Sept. 24th. I haven't worked for 13 months so more changes are coming. I am excited to start my new journey but also nervous because thus far I haven't had to buy a lot of new clothes but this job requires business attire and fancy shoes.. I am a jogging suit and tennis shoe kind of girl but as I shrink I am hoping that I can find clothes that will look amazing on me.

Sorry to those who actually follow my journey as I have been slacking on posting and updating. I know this keeps people going before, during and after surgery as it was an amazing tool for me.

Food... I am in love with triscuits and cheese.. and beef jerky.. I have to chew the crap out of them but they are delicious. I have also really fallen in love with Chobani greek yogurt.. favorite is vanilla with chocolate chunk. I haven't to much been monitoring my intake to much because when you eat so little caloric intake has not been important to me. I will be seeing my nurse next week hopefully and maybe see if the nurtritionist is available the same day. I have not had a protein shake for probably a month so I make sure I am drinking milk and eating yogurt everyday. I also make sure I am eating meat if I don't drink milk or eat yogurt. I started feeling more normal again probably about 8-9 weeks out. I still get dizzy spells when I bend over or scrunch down..I was told that is normal because of the rapid weight loss..

I am hopefully my new goal will be attained when I start moving my ass.. I think I need to have a reward for each milestone.. that may be the motivation I need to get moving. Wish me luck everyone and good luck to upcoming sleevers or new sleevers. It is really a journey.

Oh one food that I have had trouble with is mini wheats with milk.. That was my first cereal and it made me feel like throwing up and such.. I was not a fan. I will not be doing that again.

Anyways if you have any questions or comments for me please let me know. I will try to post more frequently if I can.. Definetly will post when I finally hit my 100 pound mark!!
