Upcoming appointments/nervousness

So I am half way though my 6 months.  I have my psych appt coming up on the 16 and then my sleep apnia test on the 27th.  On the 29th I have my 4 month appt at the baratric center in which I will attend a behavior modification class.  I am starting to get a little jittery.  Nervous!!.
