Rant: Anatomy and physiology class

So last night in my A&P2 class we started the digestive system.  We we going on for about an hour and I knew it was coming.  I knew he was going to say something and he did..  Gastric bypass... He went on a rant about gastric bypass, half of the information was untrue.  What is sad is that he is trusted by the 60+ students in the class to give truthful information.  I was so mad after he got done with his little rant.  Who is he to say anything.  "Most people who get the surgery, should have never been excepted, as they are just going to go back to their old habits".. "in RNY surgery they cut the stomach in half, cutting in down to half a liter"  He then went on to explain how RNY is done and never mentioned any bypass of the small intestine or anything.  It was almost like he was kinda describing the sleeve but even that would be wrong.  He just had no idea what he was talking about.  It was irritating.  So that is my little rant LOL...
