It has been about a year now from my last post.  I never did the revision I became a vegitarian and was able to drop the last bit of weight. I am now 148LBS and lovin life.  I never ever ever thought I would be this weight and even more so I never ever ever thought I would be this weight and still want to loose more!  My goal is 125LBS but comming from 480LBS I am very greatful.
My kids are 5 and 3 now and tho this year has been a crazy year I would have to say this is for sure the best time of my life.  I do pole dance aerobics to stay in shape now and have a blast doing it. I am starting on a very high protein diet this week because I am determined to get to that 125LB marker.

For all of you struggling threw this just remember every day is a chance to start again.  Never ever accept in your mind you failed so its best to keep eating like crap.  You can start over and do it right this time.
I am weak but had to deciede in my heart and whole being of a human that I MUST be thin! You have to live it, being thin has to be your whole world for a while, not forever but just for a while and that is how you will get there. 

What helped me was the realization that once you are full it doesnt matter what you ate, if it was ice cream, fries or cardboard, it all feels the same when your full.  So with that in mind I ate a ton of veggies a little bit too fast so I could hurry up and get full than the craving goes away and I am full and dont feel horrible knowing I just failed again.  This worked for me and prob. will for you too if you do it everytime not just when you feel like it!  You can eat the crap after the healthy stuff is off your plate, always eat something healthy first and than if you can and still want the crap have it, but you will eat 1/4 of what you would have if you ate it first!
Just my advice to anyone who wants another opinion, prob. not the right way and I dont pretend I know but this is what worked for me.
