Well I guess I should start by introducing myself, My name is Amy and I am 35years old with 3 kidos and a wonderful husband.  I have been wanting WLS for several years now, but never had the guts to do anything about it .  IWhen I finnally did have the nerves to ask my pcp I got a refferal for the Kaiser obesity program in spring 2005 and shortly after being referred, I realized I was prego and had to drop the program.  Baby was born and I just kept trying to loose the weight on my own. SUPRISE I gained it all back and then some more ( story of my life). After baby turned a year old I decided to get back to the obesity program at Kaiser.  I have done the 12week freedom from diets class and have had the group meetting with the social worker.  I am now waitting for my individual meetings with SW and dietician.
