Good Morning OH friends ,It's Christmas Eve and I weighed in this morning at 220. In 4 more days I will be 4 months out. Wow 64 lbs in 4 months. i have never done anything like this before. I feel like a new person. I know that I can do better though because I have been eating things that I shouldn't. It's time to get back on the stick and remember the reason why I had the surgery in the first place.
Holiday Pot lucks at work are not good when you are trting not to cheat!!!!
