Surgery went well with no complication, I had hardly any pain.... I would say overall the surgery has been easy to recover from.  I had my post-op visit last Thursday and was down 14 lbs and doing well.  I need to try and get more water in...... I start pureed foods on Wed for 4 weeks, I'm looking forward to eating something more than liquids....... I've been taking my dog with me on my walks and she is loving it....... Took a drive on Friday to Sacramento to pick up my daughter.....6 hour drive total with only me driving.....that made me a bit tired and have slept well the past couple of nights.

I've been approved..... Woot Woot...... My surgery date is 12/19/07....... Wow sooooo Soon...... I'm excited but scared at the same time.  I can't wait to start living again.....

Okay...... My Nut evaluation was done yesterday...... They will have the report sent to the surgeons office next week and then everything should be sent off to the insurance company.  I'm hoping to hear something within the next couple of weeks...... My fingers are crossed!!!

I had my Psycho evaluation yesterday...... I think it went okay..... I was just myself and honest with my answers.  I felt she understood what I was going through.  My nutritional evaluation is the last thing I need to take care of before everything is submitted to the insurance and that appt is on 10/31.

Okay..... I'm on my way..... I had my seminar, 1st Dr's appointment and blood work done last week.  My Psycho Evaluation is on 10/22 and my nutritional evaluation is on 10/31.  Then the wait is on for the insurance approval which can take up to 30 days.  I'm hopeful I can have the surgery before the end of the year.
