6 month Surgiversary

Hey Everyone...just wanted to post since my 6 month surgiversary just passed on 9/2/09!I can't believe how the time has flown by!! I also just posted my new 6 month pictures to my
photo page...I'm coming along slowly but surely! Down 116 lbs...of course I'm hardest on myself...
I still see "fat" when I look in the mirror...even though I can see some differences in my pics
each month...guess it IS true that it takes our minds a bit longer to catch up!
There are so many changes going on with my body--I never realized fat can distort you like it does!
I have deposits of fat that hang lower on 1 half of my body! Go figure, lol! The body image stuff
is so hard to adjust to!! But...I just keep thinking that I'm feeling better/walking better overall
& every pound off my body is getting me 1 step closer to my goal! I also cannot wait until I'm
ready for plastics! I definitely need a whole total body lift, lol!
I'll get my measurements at Curves next week! I haven't been exercising over the past 3 wks!
But I will get my butt back to the gym tomorrow! No more excuses!! Also...I will get back to
journaling my meals everyday! I don't want to fall into bad habits again!
