Congats. I am from Slippery Rock and had Dr. Hamad also. She did my durgery on April 23rd of this year, almost 3 months ago. You will be surprised how fast it all goes. Listen to her she knows what she is talking about and she is an excellent Doctor.

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery and your new lifetime journey on the losing side. Right now you are probably on a rollercoaster emotionally - excited, nervous, scared.... This is normal - don't let it freak you out. Take the time over the next few days and 'center' yourself mentally - focus your mind on other things and keep yourself physically busy too. You will find that your big day will be here in no time and you will be calm and ready for it. We will be here ready to welcome you over to the losing side and support you in your journey.
