"My overall experience was good. However, I was very unimpressed with the night staff. I asked to go for a walk and two hours later they came and I went for a walk. I was stuck in the chair for those two hours. I was not happy. I understand they are busy but that really upset me. The day shift was great!"

"I met Dr. Jawad yesterday at Pre-op. He is very knowledgeable about this surgery. He gave a history of gastric bypass and went over the risks of surgery. I feel much more confident about the procedure having met him. The office staff was awesome. I feel like I walked away yesterday with a wealth of knowledge!"
