I had surgery on Jan 3rd. I am 2.5 weeks out and down over 24 lbs so far 35 since preop diet.. Welcome to the group guys. For some reason I'm not getting emails when you guys post.. hummm I'll have to figure that out..

Well I tried to get the Connecticut room on here going but I seem to just be posting and posting and nobody responds.  So I dediced to make this my own little pet and start putting all my posts here.  This way as friends and family and others join they will be able to see everything that they need to in one shot. 
Enjoy and feel free to post any info you want here.

I dropped my keys today and bent down and picked them up and when I did I felt a big pop in my belly.. Come to find out I popped a stitch.

Down a total of 20 lbs in 3 weeks.. When has that ever happened? NEVER.. woot!

Hey everyone, Just wanted to post a small blog and let you all know I'm doing great. I have a video blog acct on youtube under lightersteps check it out.  I will not forget this acct.  This was my first baby... Anyway I am down 3 lbs...yay!!!! 3 is 3... Better then not.  Plus I am still full of gas and fluid...

Well I have not been doing as good on my diet.  (Whats new) I am having a hard time with dinner's because I am working and have not many choices.  I guess I need to get use to this.  Anyway tonight is New Years Even and I am working.  I think my husband and I will be going for a late dinner and a few drinks tonight. I am going to be good with what I am going to eat and drink. Anyway, 3 days till surgery... scared but feeling better after all the awesome and amazing people on here responding to my post.  I will post most likely after surgery... Wish me luck.

I have lost 11 lbs since Monday but, I also ate today for Christmas.  I didn't go to crazy, I did have a few small slices of my favorite 2 pies. I wanted to go for another slice but decided against it. I also had a few of my favorite chocolate candies. Anyway, back on diet tomorrow 110% wish me luck only 8 days till surgery... woot... shrink liver shrink... 

I started a liver shrinking diet yesterday and everything so far is going good.  I do 2 protein shakes one morning and one afternoon and then I have a healthy meal for dinner.  It's going really good so far but I have another 12 days to go.  Keep me in your prayers.  I really need to stick to this plan..

January 3, 2011 will be the first day of my new life.  I will be having my revision from Lapband to Gastric Bypass.  I'm so excited.  Please be in prayer for me..

So frustrated with the lady at my doctors office.  They pissed me off so so so so bad.. They tell me last week that they submited my insurance and then today I show up and they tell me im not done and have more meetings to attend. I am so frustrated. I wannt scream.. Anyway I have a doctors appt tomorrow and I'll found out more from her. Keep me in prayer
