Week 5 of BootCamp Whew

Today is the beginning of week 5 of Bootcamp. Let me tell ya'll a few things. I love and hate it all at the same time. For two months my weight has stayed the same. Finally this morning the scale has moved 2 pounds so I hope my stall is now over. I have done so many new things with my body it is crazy. Did you know there are so many ways to do the plank? Oh, did you know there were so many ways to do push ups? Well let me tell you there are and I love them. Yes during I am grunting, cussing and ready to quick but I keep going as much as I can. Three days a week  I do a minute and a half jog that kills me. I hope one day it will get easier. LOL. I do cardio on the elliptical machine three days a week. All this is done before 7 in the morning except for Saturdays. I still don't really see a difference but I feel so much better. I see myself reaching my goal within the next year.
