"I did not meet Dr Coates until the day after surgery. I have not seen him since surgery. I meet with his PA Diane. She is great. Very encouraging. Everyone in the office is upbeat. rnThey answer all my questions. I went to all the post and pre educational meetings concerning my surgery and felt very confident in my understanding of the procedure, the risks and benefits. I feel all staff members I have had contact with has my best interest at heart. I am more concerned with surgical competence than bedside manner. "
