The Nutritionist

Met with nutritionist today and she said I will be on low carb's until I meet with my Dr. next week. Yuck....the food battle begins..protein, veggies and fruit.
This is a LIFESTYLE change...I HAVE TO CHANGE so that I willHAVE a life.
I am already feeling afraid of the "witch" inside that will not be pushed down because of food.
This is a fight for my life....if I was in a hospital and someone was abusing my friend or family....I would embrace the "witch" inside and let her do battle for my friend. I have to be willing to fight for ME!!!!! No matter what...no matter how afraid I am...I gotta do it...no matter how much I don't want to ask for help...I gotta....no matter what.

First Doctor Visit

I loved the Doc. He treated me like a human being, acted like he never even noticed I was HUGE. We talked for almost 2 hours, he explained the good the bad and the ugly.
Monday I meet with the nutritionist......Can't wait to get started with my life!

Chose my Dr. today, meet w/ him Thurday...I am ready to do this....hope my body is ready too.
