Jul 07, 2014

Well I'm 11 Days post op from a VSG and I already feel the difference I have already lost 34 lbs with 21 lb of that post op i have less pain in my knees and am already sleeping better. Now I'm not saying that I am not having difficulties. Thank God I have not had ny medical complications yet but telling when  I'm full has been a challenge I am trying to keep a food journal now and am measuring my portions out so hopefully that help as of day 7 my Dr. Adeyeri said I can incorporate some milk into my diet if my body can handle it.I have been lucky to handle mostly anything I've put in just the making sure that i dont drink and eat or eat or drink to quick seems to be my biggest challenge. Well here's a little suggestion to anyone who can handle the lactose.

Choc Peanut Butter Protein Shake (makes 2 Servings)

1 scoop Isopure Chocolate ( 25 Grams Protein)

1 scoop GNC Lean Shake 25 Dutch Chocolate (12.5 gr Protein, 4.5 gr Fiber)

2 Tbsp JIF All Natural Cremy PB ( 6 gr Protein)

1 Cup Skim Milk (6 gr Protein)

1/4 Cup Water

8 Ice Cubes

Put allingredients in the blender until thick and creamy.

Ive been living off of these. They helped me through the fourth of July BBQs when everyone else was having ribs and chicken I was making them jealous with this lovely drink
