I got home today after spending the week with my Aunt.  I had surgery on Monday and I am feeling pretty good.  My surgery was delayed a few hours due to an emergency surgery.  I had a hiatal hernia that they fixed, which is funny because I could have sworn the endoscopy I had said I didn't have one.  I lost ten pounds before I had surgery and I have lost 11 pounds since Monday!!  I am trying to sip a lot of liquids as slow as I can.  I guess I am doing ok since I don't feel dehydrated. 

If anyone can tell me how to update my weight loss ticker that would be great!

 I came down with a horrible chest cold lastnight so I called the Dr. this morning and they I had to reschedule, so my new appt. in April 19th.  I sure hope this thing is gone by then.

Went really well but butterflies are getting to me!!  Three more days!!  I have no more finger nails left :)

Getting more nervous day by day but still excited to begin my new life.  Looking at everyone's before and after pics really help.  Everyone looks so good, happy and YOUNGER!  You all inspire me.  Thank you!!

I got the date today for my RNY, it is set for April 2nd!  Seems pretty far for me, but only two months away.  All the crap I went through to get to this point finally feels worth it. 

I know it is not for surgery, but it is a step closer.  I am super excited and probably driving Brenda (the nice woman who works at the surgeon's office) insane.  Hopefully I have no snags and I will get my surgery appt. soon.
