Hello, my name is April. I am a happy wife,mother and Preschool teacher. After my best friend had surgery a couple of years ago, I have decided to do it myself, not just to look better, but to be HEALTHY! I struggle with high blood pressure,and my mother passed away at 47 due to a heart attack,so it's time to get myself healthy- plus I'm 36, I shouldn't have to be taking medication,I just want to live my life to the fullest,for me and my family.
