30 Days Post-op!

Hello everyone!

Today is my 30 day/one month post-op RNY surgery. 

I am happier today than I was yesterday and healthier than I was 31 days ago! 

I am happy to report that I have lost a total 77 pounds since December 2012, and since surgery I have lost 38 pounds! Woo Hoo!

I am getting in more protein and water now. 

Pain is going away, and have minimal gas with foods!
