ONE YEAR OUT YIPPIE!!

Today is my one year surgerversery. i am so happy. i havent hit goal yet, but i am now closer than i have ever been to obtaining that goal. as of this morning i am down to 178lbs that means i am 102lbs from my highest weight. i feel great and i am about 40lbs away from my goal. this is a majior life change for me and i have never felt better. i am happy i decided to take this journery a year ago. it has been the best ride ive been on in a long time. i would do it over in a heartbeat and its not over yet. i feel great and happy that i had this surgery when i did. all i wanted to do was be able to live a healthy life and be happy. and i got back my life thanks to my rny. i will continue to work my tool and lose those last 40lbs. here are my before and after photoes. look how far ive come.
