Hey there Angie...... Just read your story..... you have to be so proud of yoursef!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have too much time to chat out a message this morning but I did want to let you know that Baccardi Razz and Diet Sprite have 60 cals per shot and no carbo count. Not that I am an alcohol pusher but I am a diabetic and it seems to not affect my sugar levels. Try it out one night as a cocktail and see if you like it. On a personal note though I will tell you that .... if we drink socially we don't have a problem but if we drink alone because we are depressed then it is a problem. I should know it is my problem that I am working on now before surgery. My first consultation is here in Naples FLa at the Cleveland Clinic on Feb 24th. Cant wait!!! I weigh 235 and have had diabetes for 33 years..... If I dont get this weight off soon I am so afraid the complications caused by poorly managed diabetes are going to start tumbling in.
