Needing Help

It's been a little over 14 years since I had my RnY Surgery.  I went from 287 down to 152 and I kept it off for many years. 

I have been seriously struggling for the last 6 years.  I've let old habits dictate how I handle events in my life.  I've managed to gain 53 lbs back by eating the wrong foods.

Looking to connect with someone who has been in my shoes and can help me out.  Not sure how to even get started!  Feeling extremely overwhelmed.
