"Sometimes there was a language gap (German-English) between myself and a few of the nurses. I was having some complications (I would sleep, and wake up trying to breathe!!!) and I would let nurses know, but they didn't seem to comprehend what I was trying to explain to them. Other then that, I had a very good experience at this hospital. :)"

"Wow, wonderful man. I had my first visit with him on February 28th. I was nervous about meeting him, but he cracked a joke and I was put at ease. True, sometimes I couldn't understand what he said, but he didn't repeating himself. He put me at ease and even gave me a Patient Information Packet which had every little piece of information about the surgery; before and after. I've read it over and over and it makes me even more comfortable with my choice. He also gave me his email address for any further questions I may have, and everytime I have written him (depending on the time of day) I usually got a response from him around 2 hours later. I'm scheduled for surgery March 28th; and I'm very happy that my life will be in his hands.rnrnAs I've said...he is truly a wonderful man. My surgery was very successful and anytime I need him, I can always email him and count on him to email me back. I wouldn't have traded him for the world!"
