I had beans on toast ( though only a bite of stale English muffin )

Cant believe I managed to get down a whole ( small ) can of baked beans in two days , almost a liter of fat free milk and even chopped up cilantro salad w fat free dressing .

Our beautiful USA's 250 th celebration !!! All week long its been crazy fireworks from every window

. No barbeque because I got crazy sick for days eating meats and beans .My tummy literally ached I couldnt do ANYTHING .

Im never hung

So tired of my stomach looking I swallowed a basketball ... so tired of three inches of fat on my upper back .

Gotta do something about it despite economic pressures . I deserve to live a life .

Just drinking almond milk right now. Doe

Happy Monday Menuers ! We got 3 days of jonstop blizzard and three feet of still unplowed snow here in NYC .

No buses, non-essential cars are not allowed on the street ... no ambulance noise even and people are being told to stay home theyre u

I still have a big stomach and fat back ( im an apple shape) What do I do ?

All my dreams hav literally come true ... I look camera- worthy and most importantly my colleagues ( or dream colleagues being real) have this idea that Im a fantastic actress after all Ive suffered I guess .

Ive been a prediabetic and Real diabetic a long time - both before n after my lifesaving RNY 14 years ago.

Foot pain - sole discomfort has been an everyday constant presence - even lying in bed

Finally moved in ... and literally slept 4 three days straight .

Now I know what this " adventuring " took out of m .

No furniture as yet ... food is sketchy too . Have so much of it but can barely get anything down - weird.
