I've only lost 11 pounds since November:( I keep trying to walk more but it just seems to still not come off. Maybe a change from walking to squats will help?

Has anyone else been struggling to lose weight? I'm a couple months in and I haven't lost any weight. I've been maintaining my weight instead. I even got a treadmill and have been using that and lowered my portion sizes and still nothing. I'm so upset.
