"My 3rd call to a bariatric surgeon's office was to Dr. Rowitz' office. I was particularly impressed because the first question they asked me was my NAME. The second question was whether I had any insurance (the other two offices I called asked for whether I had ins or not and did not bother to ask my name). The third question was my height/weight (call me picky, but I still would have preferred being asked my name first, my height/weight, THEN what type of ins, if any, do I have). I do have ins, but that is not the point. Dr. Rowitz' office, so far, seems interested in me the person, and not me the wallet. That was my reason for registering for their seminar and choosing Dr. Rowitz and his team. May seem a small thing to some, but it's not a small thing to me."
