Let the waiting begin....(for a date)

I finished all my appointments about two weeks ago, and I got a call yesterday from the program.  I got all hyper when I got the message from my husband, but they weren't calling with a date... sigh.  They just wanted to let me know that I had H. Pylori, which is a bacterial infection in your stomach that can cause ulcers.  I had to start a 14 day course of mega antibiotics and Prevacid to clear it up before surgery.  

The coordinator told me she was forwarding my file to the scheduler, so I should be hearing something in the next two weeks or so about my date.  They're still thinking sometime late July, early August.... so I'm thinking I'm looking at two more months before I can jump on the losers bench.  Of course, I'm ready for it to happen tomorrow, but I didn't get fat overnight, so I guess I can wait.
