"I have not met Dr. B. yet. However, I met with Paula, Receptionists and briefly with Nutritionist this past week. I have never met an office staff as nice and accomodating as Dr. B's staff. Paula (who I am sure is swamped with her work) took the time to answer my questions and even put my mother at ease. My elderly mother was interested and concerned about WLS. This organization seems very organized, patient and sensitive to the patient's needs. I can't say enough positive things about my first visit with Dr. B's staff especially Paula. She's an inspiration!"
