"She seemed to be knowledgable for the most part. But not about overweight people. Then again, isn't that her job? She want's me to exercise 5 days a week, 60min per day. To me, and to alot of severly obese people, that's like asking me to climb a damn mountain. She needs to be more realistic, and tell people to start off slow, maybe 30min, 3 days a week, and THEN work your way up. You know?"
