I hit the Century Club today!!!! I am 186.6 lbs, I lost over 100 lbs since surgery. I am so freaking happy about my weight! I go for my 6 month check up tomorrow with the doctor, I hope he is as happy as I am with my progress!I just started back at the gym this week & feel wonderful about myself. I find that when I go to the gym, my food habits fall back onto the "good" side! I have lost 1.2 lbs in the past 3 days of working out & I will take that, considering I was only losing a pound every week & 1/2 because my eating got out of control again (not a lot, just my choices of food).
