"He's a very nice man. He seems understanding and caring. So far my impression has been the same. The staff there is wonderful and promptly returns phone calls and isn't bother by questions. Aftercare is a big part of them. They hold montly support groups at different time so it's easy for you to attend. I haven't had surgery yet but I can't wait for it. The only thing is that when I went to make my first appointment I called in July and didn't get in until October then you do have alot of test to complete and they would like if you would lose between 10-20 pounds. They also want you to buy all of your vitiams and protien beforehand also which can be expensive. Overall I love the place and the people and am looking forward to them helping before, during, and after surgery."
