I have a 10cc band which was installed on 1/18/08 and 1.5cc's was placed in it at the time of surgery weighing 378lbs.
On 3/1/08 I received 1.5cc's totaling 3cc's in the band and weighed 358lbs.
On 5/17/08 I received 1.8cc's totalling 4.8cc's in the band and weighed 320lbs.
On 10/25/08 I received 1.4cc's totaling 6.4cc's in the band and weighed 295lbs.
Then on 2/7/09 I had .8cc's removed from my band totaling 5.6cc's weighing 297lbs.
And most recently yesterday, 7/11/09, I had .6cc's removed totaling 5.0cc's in the band weighing 235lbs.

I am not going to complain though because I was struggling to keep mashed potato's down before yesterday. Now I am able to eat and I am preparing to loose my final 30lbs. and then we will see what I look like then to determine if I need to loose anymore. I still have weight in my underarms, chest, stomach and inner thighs that I would like to get rid of. It is going to involve planning all of my meals and excercising to get the rest off. I can see the finish line but I know that it is up to me if I am going to run through it. I am in the process of setting my goal for this accomplishment and will post it when I do.

Wow! I cannot believe how long it has been since I have been on this website and visited my own profile. So much has happened since my surgery in January of 08'. I have had no complications from my band and I had two fills and one unfill at Fill Centers USA in Roswell, GA. I started out weighing right at 400lbs. in Jan. 08' and as of this morning I weigh 242lbs. I have gone from a 50 inch waist to size 38 and from size 4-X(23") to XL(17 1/2"). When I look at my old pictures it still just doesn't seem real that I was ever that big! I can never thank Dr. Kelly and his staff enough for the excellent care that they provided for me. I was trying to post some current photo's of myself on here tonite but I can't get them sized properly. I will send them to the website and they will configure them on here for me or show/tell me how to do it. I look forward to talking to everyone and will be checking in on a regular basis now.
