I have to say that having VSG has been much more eventful and interesting than Lap Band ever was. Unfortunately, I didn't track my losses with the band, but it seems that I have already lost much more weight in a quicker fashion than with the band.

I'm a little more than a month out from my revision (band to sleeve) and I love reading the "what are you eating today posts". Such good info. VSGers...can you post some food products you cannot live without? I'm taking notes on items to try.
