"My surgeon is DR. Robert Watson with western bariatric institute, He was very professonal and to the point. His office on the other hand is a little flaky, Roberta is great (when she answers the phone) and rhonda has been wonderful, but I can only get through on the phone really early in the morning, and when you leave a message they DO NOT call you back. I'm still satisfied and would reccomend them though."
