Now it's mid August

Well, I did not gain on vacation.  At least if I did, I managed to lose it plus 2 1/2 more lbs. by the time I was weighed.  Anyway, now I'm struggling.  I don't know if I need a fill or not.  I would have sworn no, because I do get stuck sometimes, and occasionally my band tightens to where I feel the food going down, and it isn't comfortable.  But...by night, I'm so hungry lately and can eat just about anything.  I really must spend the next few weeks following lapband eating rules, cause I've done well with the exercise part, and in less than a month, probably, I'll add walking back to my Zumba. As to the stuck episodes, I am pretty sure I have myself to blame for that.  If I let myself get too hungry, I STILL eat bites that are too big and eat too fast.  AND I get hungry more than I used to.  I think I also do that when I feel the food going down and it's uncomfortable.  I don't know if it's band tightness or my stupidity.  I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT A FILL. After Dr. Wellborn spoke to the support group about being overfilled, and the damage it can do makes me so scared of being to tight.  What to do, what to do??? I've gotten afraid to get a fill????????????????
