I have been overweight all of my life and in 2009 i made the desicion to have gastric bypass . After years of denial and regrets i took this huge step and have not looked back . This has been the hardest journey ever , but i know that for me this was the only way to get my life back . As of today i have lost 100 pounds and have 50 more to go and every day is a struggle but well worth it and little by little i am getting used to my new lighter life .
