Well Im down 140 pounds! I weigh 157 size 10-12. I have not been that since I was 10 or 12 yrs old! I feel great.  Im walking 2 miles a day and riding bikes. I have made it up to 5 miles.  I love my new life!!!!!!

Do you remember what it feels like to play games with your loved ones??? Well thanks to gastric I can play with my kids again!!!!  Im down to 171 and in a 12 pants.  I feel like a new person!  My husband says im not half the women I use to be! HAHA

Wow Im down to 186.5 and in a 14 jeans.  That is so amazing to me.  At christmas dinner today could not even eat. Not hungry. That feels so wierd to me!!!!!!! Still no problems and feel great!!! I hope someone reads this and says hey if she can do this I can too!!!!

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted!  Shame on me!  I have finally made it to below 200!  I am now at 193 lbs! Yea me!  That is a total loss of 105 pounds!  I have been so blessed by the lord!  I would do this all over again!!!!!  No real problems and feeling great! 

I cant believe it but I finally feel like myself again!  I have lost 62 pounds. I feel very blessed that the Lord has allowed me to have this surgery. 

I was at the hospital at 5am and went back to surgery at 7am.  They found a hernia but other than that every thing went great!!!  I had the best nurse Laura!  She was awsome.  I threaten to hold her hostage! LOL  She was an angel.  Thank you Lord for sending me a Doctor and Nurse that cares!  Well April 13th I am down 15 more pounds.  Total loss of 31.  16 before surgery!  Im on the road to recovery!

I went for the pre op test yesterday and I am to be at the hospital at 5 am Monday morning!! Im soooo excited and scared at the same time! Its like its too good to be true!!! 

I finally got my date April 6, 2009.  YEA  Im so excited.  Only 2 1/2 months until the new me!!!!

Okay its been awhile since I have updated.  I had to go througha 7 month doc visit with my family doc before my insurance would approve.  well I did that and now my insurance is making me wait until April of 2009. They approved my surgery but will not pay until then!  Oh well at least Im approved I guess! 

Ok HELP!  I feel like the surgery date is never gonna get here!!!!!!!  I just found out my iron level is very low. They have me on 300 milligrams a day. This worries me as to what will happen when I have my surgery.  We just got back from the beach and of course I did my usual which is sneak out to the pool when no one else is there so I dont fell uncomfortable in my bathing suit and then go to the beach at night.  When will the day come that I can be happy with my weight???????  Oh well Im having one of those weeks.
