An update...

I know bad me...I haven't been here for a long time and don't take advantage of this site as a support system, but here's the updates.

My sciatica got even worse. Had to have epidural shots. It's been somewhat calm since October. But, I'm petrified to do anything to trigger it, so excersise for me is a non-occurance. I just got a fill, and it fills pretty good.

I'm working on my bad eating habits, my lack of excersise and my mental block that prevents weight loss. I need to get the lose weight quick wish and fad thing out of my head. I'm smarter then that, I shouldn't let the media lure me with these lose weight quick schemes. I had surgery for God's sake, if they worked I wouldn't have done this twice!!!
