Well the bad news is I haven't achieved the weight loss that I was focused on. Good news is I haven't gained it all back. So if heaven forbid I should never lose another pound, I must be grateful I haven't gained it all back. Well, with that being said I continue to try and will keep at it. Because trying is free and giving up is costly.
