Let's see, lots of changes!!

I moved from the DFW area to Redmond, Washington. So far I love the cold and wet weather. I will never bake my ass off again in Dallas. :)

I'm doing good as far as my surgery and weight loss is concerned. I stay around 200-204. I make zero effort to really do anything in regard to diet change. I need to get my protein in so that I can continue to lose weight. The apartments we moved into has an awesome well equiped gym. We are still working on getting settled and out of boxes.

I no longer regret having the surgery. I eat until I am full then have zero interest in eating. One regular meal for most resturants get eaten the first night then warmed up the next day then thrown out. I get at least 3-4 portions out of meals.  I'm not sure I'd have the surgery again if I had to. The mental aspects of not being able to eat is often too much.

I have purposely NOT found another weight loss surgeon as I have zero plans to follow up. I am forever without most of my stomach and I can eat so what's the point?
