Long Overdue Update

I can't believe it's been so long since my last post. I continue to lose weight here and there and I'm currently in the 180's. I no longer regret having VSG done and would do it again if I had to. My niece had the same surgery done while living in South Korea and is doing amazing. While I still have a way to go I'm happy just being able to maintain and not gain much back. I admit I have a HORRIBLE Coke Cola addiction. Based on previous results I know if I quit drinking them I would easily lose the remainder of my weight. I recently returned to work and with the increased activity level I find no problem in keeping my weight steady. I will try to be better with updating my posts. :)
